Senior Legal Counsel
We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel experienced in providing legal support to TechOps Pharma as well as for IT projects.

Your key responsibilities
- Providing legal advice to the Technical Operations organization (TechOps) including drafting and negotiating complex (toll-) manufacturing and supply agreements with our contract manufacturing organizations and customers
- Independently handling all legal aspects related to (i) projects and transactions of TechOps as well as (ii) the supply in the context of transactions led by Corporate Development (BD & M&A)
- Managing disputes and litigations related to any supplier relationship as well as assisting the management in taking decisions by providing clear and robust risk assessments
- Advising on IT related projects and agreements in cooperation with other relevant teams such as the cyber security and data protection team
- Representing Legal in strategic TechOps/IT projects and discussions
- Supporting the General Counsel and other members of the team on other legal matters
Your Profile
- Master of law, preferably with the admission to the Swiss or European bar
- At least 8-10 years of experience in working in an international environment with a focus on pharma/life- science clients (in-house or law firm)
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Highly motivated to work in a performance- oriented environment
- An independent and proactive attitude, but at the same time a team player
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Flexible and agile to navigate in a fast-paced working environment
- High level of efficiency and attention to detail
- Business Fluency in English and German
