Job Description: Competencies and Responsibilities
Our team is engaged in the GMP-compliant handling of deviations, complaints, and complex quality issues, thereby ensuring the high quality of our products for our customers. Interaction with national and international health authorities is part of our daily business.

Your main responsibilities include, in particular:

  • Coordination and investigation of product complaints and adverse event reports

Qualifications & Professional Experience:
You have a degree in a natural science (preferably in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology) and ideally have experience in a pharmaceutical company and in a GMP environment.
You demonstrate high social competence, teamwork skills, enthusiasm, strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and an exact and reliable working style. You are also flexible, accustomed to working independently as well as in a team, set clear priorities, and maintain oversight even in hectic situations.
Very good language skills in German and English (both spoken and written) complete your profile.

The qualification during the first 3 months takes place on-site; afterwards, remote work is possible.
