Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist III to join our team for a temporary position at our Princeton, NJ headquarters. This role focuses on sourcing and procurement, with minimal analytics experience required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving projects forward, driving sourcing strategies, and building a passive candidate pipeline to attract top talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and execute effective sourcing strategies for the HR function.
- Build and maintain a passive candidate pipeline of high-quality talent.
- Engage creatively with future talent and think strategically to move beyond the status quo.
- Collaborate with internal Talent Acquisition professionals and leaders to proactively address business needs.
- Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and charm.
- Continuously raise the bar for personal and organizational results.
- Use strategic channels and tools to find, engage, and connect with top talent.
- Embrace the challenge of the “hunt” and take pride in identifying the right talent through innovative and proactive sourcing techniques.
- Use data-driven methods, measuring and analyzing results, and effectively communicating impacts to leadership.
Qualifications:
- BS or BA degree required.
- 7+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, with a strong ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Indirect experience in procurement or sourcing is acceptable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company with professionalism and confidence.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to find and engage the best talent.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring outcomes and driving results.
