We are currently searching for a skilled professional to join a well-known client’s team as a Clinical Data Analyst in Fremont, CA. Their work will have a direct impact on not just the organization but the larger clinical industry making this an amazing career opportunity


  • Working collaboratively with clinical project team staff to meet project deliverables and timelines for clinical data acquisition, quality checking and reporting
  • Ensuring completeness, correctness and consistency of clinical data and data structure
  • Implementing the data management portions of clinical research projects
  • Reviewing study protocols and assist site coordinators, investigators, and field clinical staff in collecting data to meet the protocol requirements in a timely manner
  • Identifying, tracking, and resolving queries, as well as utilizing reports to track study progress and ensure timeliness and quality expectations are met
  • Acting as Lead Support DM Lead in reviewing Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems creation, testing, release and maintenance
  • Supporting team to achieve data reconciliation, database lock and final reporting
  • Coordinating resolution of team level data management issues


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant data management experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience as data manager/analyst/reviewer preferred
  • CRO management experience or data management experience at a CRO preferred
  • Experience with Electronic Data Capture – Medidata Rave experience preferred
  • Knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements/GCP guidance


  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences (Biology, Computer/Statistics, etc.) Life Sciences preferred
