We are currently searching for a skilled professional to join a well-known client’s team as a Project Manager based in the San Francisco area and working remotely. The role of the Project Manager is to oversee all facets of observational studies. Their work will have a direct impact on not just the organization but the larger clinical industry making this an amazing career opportunity.


  • Estimate, plan, execute, and complete assigned projects – primarily registries and other types of observational studies
  • Employ a flexible and creative approach to ensure that the operational approach employed is customized to meet the specific needs of each study
  • Acquiring, assigning, and managing resources, and coordinating the efforts of employee staff to ensure the most efficient and effective approach to addressing the study’s overall strategic objective(s)
  • Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all financial data and reports, and ensuring that the study is completed in an efficient and effective manner


  • A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in a clinical research environment, working as a Clinical Research Coordinator, a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Research Associate, Lead Clinical Research Associate or Project Manager
  • One (1) or more years or experience working on Phase IV, Post-Approval, Late Stage, Health Economics and Outcomes Research or Observational Studies


  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred

  • Personable. You establish and nurture highly effective relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders that support and advance project goals and objectives.   
  • Credible. Thorough understanding of clinical methodologies and providing sound analytical support, you quickly establish credibility as a reliable resource.
