OVERVIEW

We are currently searching for a skilled professional to join a well-known client’s team as a Clinical Supply Project Manager in either Cambridge, Massachusetts or Holly Springs, North Carolina, or other acceptable location. The Clinical Supply Project Manager role will oversee clinical supply at trials level. Their work will have a direct impact on not just the organization but the larger clinical industry making this an amazing career opportunity. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as Drug Supply PM representative at Clinical Trial Team meetings
  • Proactively negotiate and communicate clinical supply plan and timeline to internal and external customers and partners
  • Develop packaging design 
  • Drive IRT design process
  • Establish project plan with vendors for logistic activities
  • Lead packaging design and optimization
  • Coordinate the distribution of clinical supplies according to study design
  • Manage clinical supply in Interactive Response Technology (IRT) 
  • Communicate and update clinical supply plan on study level 
  • Ensure seamless coordination of demand and supply
  • Support internal and external inspections and audits

EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years of pharma industry experience
  • Thorough knowledge of clinical protocol, planning of clinical supplies
  • Understanding of drug development process
  • Experience with distribution and import export requirements

  • Credible. Thorough understanding of clinical methodologies and providing sound analytical support, you quickly establish credibility as a reliable resource.
